Geometric art

I.A.L.T upload my art task to my blog and write about it.

For art last week we did geometric art of an animal, I chose a humming bird chasing a bee. This is the steps we followed to create the artwork:

  1. We had too chose an animal.

  2. Draw with shapes inside.

  3. Colour.

  4. cut out.

  5. Glue onto black paper.

  6. Cut out the animal leave about 2 centre meters of black paper around it.

And there you have your geometric art.
Here's mine below.

Next time I could of coloured in the beak of the bird.
My favourite part was colouring in because it was fun.
My least favourite part was drawing the bee because it was so detailed.

Have you ever done this before?
