I.A.L.T reflect o our class trip.
On Tuesday, we went to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds. When we hopped off the 1.5 hour bus ride, we got taken to the learning centre where we had morning tea, after that we went for a walk to see the 5 waka's and the carving's around them. Later on in the afternoon we had a play around on scratch, making the sprites move and a scratch animation of your art. Our scratch animation had to show our audience what our art symbol for the art gallery meant to us.
Here's some photo's below.
My least favourite part was the scratch because we make things out of scratch quite a lot. I didn't find I learnt as much as what I thought I may have.
Have you ever been to Waitangi before?
Kia ora. I am Eva from St Mary’s School.
ReplyDeleteI really liked all of the photos you have put up because then I can see what you guys did. I think that it is cool to see waka’s don’t you think?
I learnt that you guys went to a Waitangi place one question where is this Waitangi place?
Maybe next time you could look over what you wrote to make sure it makes sense.

Hi Jess,
ReplyDeleteThis blog post of yours is very interesting. I like the way that you have explained how long the bus ride to the grounds was. Maybe next time you can have slightly clearer pictures (they are still pretty clear, but just a tiny bit blurry for me).I also like that you included what the scratch task was about.Yes I have been to the Waitangi grounds before. I am looking forward to seeing more of you excellent work.
Thanks - Desiree Hosking
