'My name is Rez' bullied part

I .A.L.T to upload my learning tasks to my blog and write about them.

Yesterday we had to write a significant event in the story and i chose Rez being bullied because i felt sorry for her and if I went to her school i would be her friend and soon as she came to school.
Then we had to write about that significant event in the story.

Here's mine below.

‘My name is Rez’ is a story about a young girl who has been made a refugee due to war and fighting going on in her homeland in Kurdistan. There was a very significant event that happened that I'm going to write about.
When her and her family had to move to New Zealand, she went to a new school and she had to learn another language, English. The only thing she can say in english is my name is Rez and all the kids at school teased her and bullied her. They called her a robot.

I chose to write about this event because I enjoyed reading about it the most.
I felt very sorry for Rez. I can't imagine what it would be like to get bullied all the time, If I went to her school i would be her friend the day she arrived.

I continued reading and found that she found a friend and that made me very happy.
My favourite part was adding my learning intention because it was fun!
My least favourite part was adding the W.A.L.T because it was boring.
